If it’s your first time coming to Bonza, here’s how it works:

  1. Register for your free workout.  (what’s that, you haven’t yet?  CLICK HERE to make all your skinny jean wearing dreams come true)
  2. Once you’ve done that, go to our SCHEDULE page and find the workout that looks good to you.
  3. If you’re not sure, just click on THIS LINK to go see what kind of workouts we offer and what exactly you need to know about them.
  4. Once you’ve signed up for a workout one of our trainers will give you a call or email to check in with you.  Don’t worry, we’re not trying to sell you anything – we just want to make sure you know where you’re going, that you’ve signed up for the right workout and anything else we can do to make sure your first class is everything we want it to be.
  5. We do our best to put the ‘personal’ into ‘personal training’.  Even though you’re doing a small group workout, that doesn’t mean we won’t be able to tweak things to fit your goals or any workout issues or history you want us to be mindful of ahead of time.
