Bonza? How is this different than any other fitness studio? [Back to Top]

How are we different?  It's a fair question.

Small group training indoors in a goal-based fitness setting, using equipment that focuses on working your body the way it was designed to work.

We offer monthly memberships and put together a plan that gives you a clear and direct path to your goal - whether that be weight loss, sports-specific (cycling, running) or task-specific (low back pain, energy at the office).

When you sign up with us, you sign up with a group that is determined to help you succeed.  We care about your results - you can go other places and be another body in the gym, but with Bonza you are a person with a plan.  And we intend to do everything we can to make sure that the plan is as good as it can be and the person (that's you) gets all the support and encouragement they need to achieve things they never before thought possible.

What levels of membership do you have and how are they different? [Back to Top]

Our memberships vary from 3x a week to 5x a week depending on what people are willing (or able to) commit to.

What's most important  to us is that people get results from their efforts - we aren't here to be a drop-in backup for you, we are here to build you a plan integrating a team of experts and have you follow that plan.  Both levels of membership give you the full plan and assessment and creation of your strategic approach.  Generally speaking, our clients find that the more they can attend, the better the results they can expect.

What should I wear? [Back to Top]

What to wear can be a daunting question for the first time exerciser.  We recommend the following:

Comfortable athletic shorts (knee high or somewhere thereabouts if you fancy yourself one of the guys)

OR Comfortable Yoga pants of some kind (for the ladies or the guys)

If you do not own a pair of athletic shoes or sneakers, either wear sandals to the workout (we will have you workout in your socks) or grab a pair out of non-dress shoes out of the closet and wear comfortable athletic socks (not your knee-highs, please)

If you have questions about finer points such as whether you need gloves or not, if we get upset about you wearing white after labor day, anything else at all., then CLICK HERE to ask us anything.

Where is it and how do I get there? [Back to Top]

The Bonza Bodies studio is located on the corner of 18th and Glenarm, a block away from the Brown Palace and located on the basement level of the 1800 Glenarm building.
